intervention of the traffic police;
- request the summons
to obtain the official report;

File a report at the
Technical Judiciary Police’s nearest office (P.T.J.)

Medical Emergency:
- go to a clinic agreed
to by your insurer;
- present your coverage
ID card;
- inform us
immediately.
Non-emergency
medical treatment or operation
- request a medical
report and an estimate from the clinic;
- send us these
documents together with the results of previous
medical examinations.

residence:
- file a report at the

Fire in your
residence:
- call the Fire
Department immediately;
- take all possible
precautions without exposing yourself to bodily
harm;

involve bodily harm or material damages to the assets of
this parties and that may result in civil liability:
- write down all
information pertaining to the circumstances of
the accident, harmed persons, witnesses and
authorities that have intervened;
- take all possible
precautions, without admitting your
responsibility in advance;
- inform us
immediately.
